What does the Wim Hof Method research show?
A small randomised trial by Kox et al. (2014) studied the Wim Hof Method, combining cold exposure, breathing exercises and meditation. Trained participants showed changes in adrenaline and inflammatory responses during a laboratory immune challenge. Cooling & performance
Every Arctic bath offers cooling and heating from 0–42°C through a connected chiller system. On the Arctic Barrel, the chiller sits beneath the step. On the Arctic Oval and Arctic Sereno, it connects behind the bath via two hoses, beneath a matching cover with the rear fan exposed for ventilation. Explore each model for its specifications and installation requirements.
Filtration & care
Three-stage filtration includes ozone, a purifying filter and a hair filter. Regular cleaning, water changes and filter care remain part of maintaining your ice bath.
Control & lighting
Adjust the temperature through the chiller display or the Wi-Fi-connected app. Integrated warm white lighting adds a softer ambient finish to the bathing experience.
